For me personally I prefer using the Oculus Quest 2 as my go-to VR headset because I enjoy being fully immersed in my games with its wide field of view and crystal clear visuals at higher resolutions compared to other headsets on the market today. However if you're looking for something lightweight that can be used for capturing photos then I'd suggest going with Snapchat Spectacles 3 since they provide quick access to basic editing tools on device or through an app which is convenient if you don't want to spend extra time adjusting settings post capture.
