Oculus Rift S vs YVR 2

When you compare the Oculus Rift S to the YVR 2 you can see which VR Headset is better. Let's take a look of the comparison, and see which model of VR Headset out ontop.

What VR Headset is better?

Comparing the two virtual reality headsets, the Oculus Rift S and YVR 2, is like night and day. Both offer a very different experience, with each having its own set of advantages and disadvantages.

When it comes to specs, the Oculus Rift S has a larger field of view than the YVR 2 at 115° vs 95° respectively. The resolution of both headsets are 2560x1440px for the Rift S and 1600x1600px for the YVR 2. The refresh rate on the Rift S is 80 Hz while it's 90 Hz on the YVR 2. In terms of hardware requirements, you need an Intel i3-6100 / AMD Ryzen 3 1200 or higher processor with Nvidia GTX 1050Ti / AMD Radeon RX 470 graphics card or higher for running games on Oculus Rift S, whereas YVR 2 does not require any additional hardware as it’s a standalone device so that can be considered a pro for this headset.

In terms of features both headsets provide 360 tracking however only Rift S offers room-scale capabilities which means you can use your hands in virtual reality without any external controllers such as hand held remotes or gloves but rather just use them naturally like you would do in real life – this was one feature I liked about using my Oculus Rifts better than using myYVR2as it felt more immersive to me even though there were other features I found lacking from either device (such as being able to rotate objects by more than 90 degrees).

My personal opinion after trying out both products is that I preferred using my Oculus Rifts due to its larger field of view and room-scale capabilities which made playing games feel much more realistic and immersive compared to what was offered by myYVR2. That said if you don’t have access to high end gaming PC then perhaps going with standalone VR headset such as YVR2 may make more sense since all you will need is phone connection and no need for extra hardware (other than battery) to run games/apps on this headset which could potentially save some money too depending upon your budget - another pro associated with this product!

Overall after comparing both devices side by side I think that if you have access to high end gaming PC then going with Oculus Rift S would be good idea but if not then going with standalone VR headset such asYVr2may still be great option – all depends upon what your particular needs are when deciding between these two devices!
