Based on 1 reviews
After testing both Varjo Aero and BlitzWolf BW-VR3, I can say that these are two of the most impressive VR headsets on the market right now. Both offer a great level of immersion and quality graphics for an optimal gaming experience.
The Varjo Aero is a PC VR headset with a 115° field of view and 2880 x 2720 px resolution. The minimum requirements include an Intel Core i5-4590 processor, Intel Xeon E5-1620, AMD Ryzen 5 1500X equivalent or better for CPU; NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050/2060, NVIDIA RTX A2000 or NVIDIA Quadro RTX 4000 for graphics; and Microsoft Windows as the operating system. It also offers Room Scale tracking along with 360° tracking and 90 Hz refresh rate.
A definite pro to this headset is its high resolution display which gives you ultra sharp visuals. Its high refresh rate also helps in providing smoother visuals while playing games or watching movies in virtual reality. Additionally, its room scale tracking technology is really impressive and allows you to move around freely without any latency issues or lag spikes during your play sessions.
On the other hand we have the BlitzWolf BW-VR3 which is a smartphone VR headset with 108° field of view and Android/iOS support as well as 360° tracking technology integrated into it. This makes it easier to get immersed in mobile applications while using your mobile phone as opposed to having to use PC hardware all the time like with some other headsets out there today.
A pro associated with this device would be that you don’t need any external hardware except your phone to enjoy an immersive gaming experience on it. Furthermore, since this one doesn’t need wires nor does it require extensive setup, you can simply slip your phone into it and start enjoying virtual reality anywhere at any time without worrying about cables getting tangled up or misplaced accessories causing frustration during your playtime sessions!
For me personally I had more fun using the Varjo Aero due mainly because of its higher end specs such as high resolution display and fast response time from its 90 Hz refresh rate which made playing games much more enjoyable compared to BlitzWolf's option which was still good but not quite up there yet when it comes down to overall experience offered by VR headsets today on the market for sure!
